University of Arizona Articulation Agreement
As a rule, there is no problem in specifying the necessary language for both institutions and their legal representatives. All agreements are reviewed by the Office of the Attorney General at the University of Arizona. When problems arise, they are negotiated and dealt with on a case-by-case basis. A transfer articulation agreement is a binding and legally valid contract that formalizes the terms of cooperation between the AU and the partner institution.
