Yourtown Enterprise Agreement

During her time here, Cara led the negotiations for the first corporate agreement, led the project to unpack our Lasallian values and develop our core behaviors, and partnered with the Lasallian Mission Council to launch the annual Lasallian Leadership Conference. Cara looks forward to the future with our recent organizational changes and with the introduction of our strategic framework, looks forward to developing strategic measures to achieve positive human and cultural outcomes. However, not everything is work for Cara, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family (and Lily the Beagle!), and exploring more creative activities. Lately, the ceramic has been thrown away with the wheel! Don`t forget to sign up to stay up-to-date with the latest news from yourtown.#yourtownAU Cara`s first job in management was to lead a team of employees in a 24/7 call center, where the focus on people led them to a new career path in HR. At the same time, Cara balanced being foster parents for teenagers when they were released from Melbourne Juvenile Prison. Cara, who found herself as a single mother working with a young son (Joel), struggled to find the right balance and, with great family support, she evolved into the corporate world. After several HR leadership positions in the commercial sector, Cara sought a position in a values-based organization and found her place in Yourtown (formerly BoysTown) in January 2008. Growing up in Logan, Cara was proud to join an organization dedicated to working with young people not only in her hometown, but throughout Australia. Cara is motivated to continue developing team skills. and believes that every young person should have the opportunity to grow; It encourages people to believe in themselves and build their career path. Since joining yourtown, Cara has had a significant impact on partnering with the company in people management best practices. She leads her team to understand that as a business support service, they must provide their customers (internal and external) with a high-quality service that creates added value. The information and tools available on the Commission`s website will help to reach an agreement.
