Under the terms of its agreement with the Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS), Summit Community Care must submit and follow for approval a documented process to authorize and recreate providers who have signed agreements to participate in its network of PASSE providers. To continue participating in the Summit Community Care network, providers must complete the Summit Community Care registration process by January 1, 2021. Regardless of a provider`s existing participation agreement, Summit Community Care did not receive the provider`s credentials until April 1, 2020. Therefore, providers who have not submitted the required credentials and have received an initial credential approval letter on or after April 1, 2020 will no longer be able to be on the network as of January 1, 2021.
